Ahhh! I have lots to tell, but unfortunately, I have no pictures to post. I hate doing that! Oh well. Friday night, we had a huge CELEBRATION!!! All three of the kids have been working hard on certain things and got them accomplished all at the same time! Arwen's goal has been to get herself dressed without having tantrums. She's probably been smart enough to do this for years, but has always refused to even try and would throw a horrific tantrum if asked. Well, she can finally do it for the most part, and has learned to ask nicely for help if she needs it. (you know...it's tricky deciding which is the front and back in little girl panties!!) Noah has recently started to wake up in the middle of the night if he has to use the bathroom! He has stayed dry and not needed a pull-up for TWO weeks now! Go Noah. And Joshua...he has graduated from his bottle to a sippy cup! He did get super jealous at church today when he saw a little girl with a bottle filled with milk. He can also take a step or two before he falls down, these days! Hopefully we'll have him running before the next one arrives! The kids decided that it would be fun to go to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate. We ate lots of pizza, drank too much root beer, and played lots of games! It was so fun. We bring Aaron because he's really good at playing that silly game where you put your token in and have to make the lights line up in the right spot before hitting the button to win the BONUS tickets. He won 200 tickets for us with just one token! He does that every time we go! Try it...it's impossible! The kids had fun riding all the rides too. Noah loves Chuck E. He followed him around for quite a while and kept giving him high fives! Good old Arwen got herself lost 8 or 9 times! I kept hearing, "MAMA!!!!!!!" and would go off searching for her. At one point she had convinced an employee she was lost and could not find her family. The great thing is, I was right there, five feet away! Anyways, we had a really fun night and can't wait for the kids to amaze us again so we have another excuse to go out and CELEBRATE!!!

What a great post! Congratulations on some very major victories! We were at C.E.C. on Saturday because Evan slept in his bed for 5 nights. Ha! That place is a great bribe for us! BUT...Michael could not get that light bonus thing. He was so ticket. He'll have to get some pointers from Aaron. :-)
He was so ticket? Of course I notice a typo right as I'm pushing the button. He was actually ticked. Frustrated. Angry.
Ohhhh...so that's why you guys went to C.E.C.'s. Noah was telling me ALL about it in nursery today! lol. Your family is so cute. (my son just kicked in agreement) :)
So fun!! I need to find ways that we can CELEBRATE!! We haven't been to CEC in forever. I will have to set some goals for the kids so we can. Though we aren't as lucky at getting all those tickets.
Don't you just love it when your kids are good, and deserve a special something?
HOoray for everybody! Those are some wonderful accomplishments. We're in desperate need of some behavioral changes. Maybe we'll have to try a Chuck E Cheese night.
I'm so WAY impressed - not only do they dress themselves - they keep their room all clean! Arwen is even in charge of keeping the family room clean and cleaned up a chocolate cow cookie mess that Noah and Joshua made! Wow and Wow. I see Noah who isn't even 3 yet and Arwen not even 5 and they're keeping their toys all picked up and put away.
