I had a great birthday! Me and Aaron went into Portland and tried "The Melting Pot." It was so fun! We did the whole big meal. We started with the cheese course, followed by a yummy salad, then the main course, and of course the dessert! We had lobster with our main course and that was great! That's my favorite!! The dessert was the best part though! We had some crazy cookies and cream concoction that was SO yummy! Overall, we'd go back for dessert!! I came home to a special treat too. My babysitter and the kids baked me a HOMEMADE cake. It was in the shape of a heart! It was so neat!! The birthday candles were lit and everything. I tell you, I have the greatest babysitter ever! Thanks to everyone who called! I felt so loved that day. I'm just bummed that I missed most of them!

Am I the only one that is in awe about the babysitter thing. She watches your kids and then just for fun bakes you a cake!!! Does she travel?

Amen about Michael's comment about the babysitter. Wish we had one. Happy belated birthday. Sorry I didn't call. I haven't been good with anyone's birthday's this year but neither was anyone on mine so I don't feel so bad. I was sick as a dog for my birthday and mother's day. James went out and brought me sushi on Sat. for my Mother's day meal. That was sweet. I'm so looking forward to picking blueberries someday. It's one of my life goals like swimming with the sea turtles. I've wanted to go blueberry picking since the very first time I was read Blueberries For SAl.

Well, I'm all updated with your blog, I guess it's time to start the others but who knows when I'll get to that. I'm home from church today because, yes again, I'm sick. Madelyn had a 100+ fever on Thursday but was all bettter by 4am. We saw Rattatoolle and she sat thru the whole thing and laughed a few times. James and I were really impressed because it's the first movie she's sat all the way thru, oops, it was because she was spiking a fever. She was comfy on mommy and daddy's laps though.

Love, me
